At STRAYE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn footwear and apparel in original packaging. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place your unworn items back into their original STRAYE box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
